Having a direction of Creating Solutions, it allows us to focus the development of our services base on it. As of year 2008, we have created several solutions, such as:-

i-Open-House (Internet Open House) that brings convenience to, and saves time, saves effort and saves money for property agents, sellers and buyers when it comes to showing and viewing properties.

REALweb, that gives a property agent a "Shop Front" to market their properties. It has never been possible for a property agent to have a "ShopFront" in the pre Internet days.

i-Pictal, that provides photos of Singapore property for use by REALweb subscribers. That will help saves the time and effort of REALweb subscribers in getting property photos to be put up at their 'Shop Front'. For those with stocks of Singapore property images, i-Pictal also provides the platform for them to sell their photos at the portal.

myGTA, that provides a platform for property agents and sellers to market property in terms of Geographical Targeting Area. It has transformed Mass Marketing into Mass Targeted Marketing. It also helps the property agents to lower their property marketing cost.
